Intelligent video alarm verification solution enhances security, reduces false alarms and expands central station service offerings

Reston, VA – November 3, 2010 – Cernium announced today that its CheckVideo® intelligent video alarm verification solution now integrates with SureView Systems’ Immix® video-based automation software platform for central stations and corporate command centers. Through SureView’s Technology Partner program, Cernium and SureView conducted extensive testing and validation of the integrated solution that allows central stations using Immix to easily add CheckVideo to their service offerings.

CheckVideo transforms the way central stations monitor and verify alarms by performing real-time analysis of monitored video and presenting critical visual information to security monitoring personnel. CheckVideo reduces false alarms and lets operators respond more effectively to situations that require their attention. Easily integrated with central station automation software, CheckVideo is a hosted solution that cost-effectively incorporates advanced video analytics and web-based video management functionality.
