Cernium Corporation Names Mike King Senior Vice President, Sales

Reston, VA – September 1, 2009 —Cernium Corporation, the leading developer of video analytics-enabled products, today announced the appointment of Mike King as Senior Vice President, Sales. In this capacity, Mr. King will drive strategic alliances and sales of Cernium’s product portfolio, including Archerfish®, the first and only mobile video intelligence (MVI) solution, within the retail market.

Prior to joining Cernium, Mr. King was the founder and president of M Squared Marketing, a leading manufacturer representative organization of consumer electronics to national retailers and distributors. Previously, he was the national sales manager for InterAct Multimedia Accessories, and he has held senior sales management positions with Curtis by Rolodex and Procter & Gamble Distributing Company.
