William T. White
Chairman, Cernium Corporation
Executive Vice President, Lurie Investments


Mr. White is Executive Vice President of Investments at Lurie Investments, where he has been since April 2000. In this role, he is responsible for managing the investments of the Ann and Robert H. Lurie Family of Chicago, including its portfolio of Life Sciences and Technology investments. Prior to joining Lurie Investments, Mr. White was Managing Director of Corporate Investments at Equity Group Investments, LLC, where he was responsible for a portfolio of companies in a variety of industries. While at Equity Group, he also managed the organization's financing activities, including its relationships with investment banks and other financial institutions. Prior to joining Equity Group, he was a Vice President of Corporate Banking at Manufacturers Hanover.

Mr. White is a Director of NanoInk, Inc., Kionix, Inc., Impact Health, Inc., Joint Juice, Inc., Nephrion, Inc., and Viamet, Inc. He holds an A.B. degree from Dartmouth College.

James R. Brigham, Jr.
Partner, HealthpointCapital LLC

Mr. Brigham is a partner of HealthpointCapital LLC, a New York-based private equity firm focused on the orthopedic and dental medical device sector. He has been a director of Cernium since 2003. From 1983 to 2001 he was President and CEO of Diagraph Corporation. Mr. Brigham was Chairman of the New York City Public Development Corporation from 1981 to 1985. He was Budget Director of the City of New York from 1978 to 1981. He began his career at J.P. Morgan & Company in mergers and acquisitions from 1969 to 1978. Mr. Brigham is a director of Vertebral Technologies, Inc. and former director of Menasha Corporation and Sunnen Products, Inc. He received a B.A. from Duke University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.

Craig A. Chambers
President & Chief Executive Officer, Cernium Corporation


Mr. Chambers is a veteran of the advanced video security and management consulting industries. He has held various roles at global R&D firm SRI International, where he was a director in the company's technology management consulting business and managing director of the Security & Surveillance Group of SRI subsidiary Sarnoff Corporation. He served as president and chief operating officer of Sarnoff's Pyramid Vision spin-off, where he guided the commercialization of the company's intelligent video security products, leading to their acquisition by L-3 Communications. Previously, Mr. Chambers founded and led the Washington, DC regional office of e-business consultancy Viant Corporation. He holds a B.S. in Ocean Engineering from the United States Naval Academy, an M.S. in Nuclear Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School. He served eight years as an officer in the United States Navy Submarine Force.

Michael A. Dering

Mr. Dering has over 25 years of executive management and leadership experience in the technology industry, most recently as President and CEO of ServiceBench, Inc., a provider of web-based integrated service supply chain solutions. Under his leadership, ServiceBench was recognized by Deloitte as one of the 500 fastest growing technology companies in North America. The company also received the Northern Virginia Technology Council's Hot Tickets Award for "Hottest Exit". Previously, Mr. Dering was President and CEO of CrossAccess Corporation, a venture-backed software infrastructure company that focuses on integrating corporate business functions with new e-business applications. He has also served as President and CEO of two Bell & Howell companies and TAB Products Company. Mr. Dering is a Director of Bridgeborn, eXpresso, Washington Management Group/CCS and Mindshare. He holds a B.S from the University of Maryland.

Robert E. Ingalls, Jr.

Mr. Ingalls retired from Verizon in 2007 after almost 29 years at Verizon and its predecessor companies. He was Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer and prior to that was President - Retail Markets Group. In both capacities, he led marketing and sales for the residential and small business sector. He was responsible for the launch of the company's new FIOS Internet and FIOS TV products, which are at the forefront of Verizon's transformation into a leading broadband company. He also directed corporate advertising and brand management, and was responsible for Public Communications and LiveSource, Verizon's directory-assistance business. Mr. Ingalls began his career in 1978 as a representative in Large Business Sales with C&P Telephone in Washington, D.C. In 1995, he was named vice president - Consumer Marketing for Bell Atlantic, a position he held until the completion of the Bell Atlantic/GTE merger when he was named President - Business Solutions. Mr. Ingalls serves on the Board of Directors for American Fiber Systems of Rochester, NY. He holds a B.S. from Randolph-Macon College and an M.B.A. from George Mason University.

The Honorable Thomas J. Ridge

The Honorable Tom Ridge is president and CEO of the international consulting firm Ridge Global LLC. He served as the nation's first Secretary of the United States Department of Homeland Security from January 2003 through January 2005, and the Assistant to the President for Homeland Security (an Executive Office created by President Bush) from October 2001 through December 2002. Previously, he was governor of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania from 1995 through October 2001 and a member of the U.S. House of Representatives from 1983 through 1995. He is also a board member of several private companies, including the Hershey Company and Vonage Holdings Corp. A Vietnam combat veteran, Secretary Ridge continues to work with organizations to assist our nation's veterans. He also serves as chairman of the National Organization on Disability and co-chair of the Flight 93 National Memorial. Secretary Ridge holds a B.S. from Harvard University and J.D. from the Dickinson School of Law.

Craig A. Toder
President & CEO, Ross & Baruzzini

Mr. Toder is the chief executive of Ross & Baruzzini, Inc., of St. Louis, Missouri, a leading design and consulting firm for the aviation, education, government, healthcare, and maritime industries. He has more than twenty years experience with the firm. Ross & Baruzzini is one of the nation's most respected consulting and design firms in the fields of electronic security, command and control facilities and critical infrastructure. Mr. Toder was instrumental in the start-up and development of Cernium and served as interim President/CEO in the company's first year of operations. He continues to be a significant contributor in setting the company's strategic course. Mr. Toder is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia.
